South Sea Mirage

I took a class from Paula Golden about designing your own paper pieced quilt. I couldn't quite stick to the rules and did that for the center boat, but I quickly started adding in palm trees and flowers cascading into the view. This quilt is 13" x 14" and was made in 2001
